Baode Lighting Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000. After more than 20 years of sedimentation and accumulation, it has formed a high-tech enterprise that integrates research and development, design, production, engineering implementation, and service operation and maintenance of outdoor lighting equipment, solar street lights, LED products, high pole lights, steel pipe power towers, communication towers, transportation equipment, landscape lighting, photovoltaic intelligent applications, and other products.
The group is a "Jiangsu Province service-oriented manufacturing demonstration enterprise", "contract abiding and trustworthy enterprise", "AAA level credit enterprise", "excellent enterprise in implementing standards", and "excellent enterprise in quality management". It has won the "Mayor Quality Award" of Gaoyou City, and has been rated as "Top 20 Industrial Comprehensive Enterprises" of Gaoyou City, "Advanced Industrial Taxpayer Enterprise" of Gaoyou City, and "Top 100 Industrial Enterprises" of Yangzhou City for many consecutive years.
Baode Group's "Luyou" brand registered trademark has successively won the "Famous Trademark of Yangzhou City" and "Famous Trademark of Jiangsu Province", and "Luyou" brand series products have been rated as "Famous Brand Products of Jiangsu Province". Baode Group's products have been sold to more than 90 countries and regions, as well as most provinces and cities in China. It has successively undertaken landmark lighting projects such as the municipal transportation supporting facilities of Beijing New Airport Airport Economic Zone, the New Yalu River Bridge, the Sports Center Stadium of Zaozhuang City, the urban trunk road of Yangzhou's Fifth Road, One Ring Road and One River, and the Quanzhou Sea Crossing Bridge in Fujian Province. We have undertaken over 100 airport high pole lighting projects, including nearly 100 domestic civil airports, accounting for over 40% of the total number of domestic civil airports. As a low-carbon promoter, the company actively uses low-carbon energy and low-carbon equipment in production to achieve low-carbon and high-yield production, complies with the new trend of Low-carbon economy development, actively develops low-carbon products, reduces carbon in the industry, and ensures its environmental advantages in market competition. In February 2021, we invited experts from the China Quality Certification Center to verify the company's 2020 greenhouse gas emissions and issue a 'Greenhouse Gas Emission Report'.

Legally operating and taking responsibility for society is the company's sustainable development philosophy. In recent years, the company has achieved significant results in areas such as compliance management, promoting industry development, environmental protection, and poverty alleviation. The company adheres to the public welfare principle of "strengthening the enterprise and returning to society", and actively contributes to charity and local social undertakings. Including one-day charity donation, special donation to fight against the epidemic, student aid donation, targeted poverty alleviation and other charitable public undertakings, since 2021, various donations have amounted to more than 200000 yuan in cash and more than 100000 yuan in materials.
